Infused with nature's goodness: Our handcrafted soaps are made with a blend of natural oils, butters, essential oils and sometimes even milk and honey.
Are your soaps cruelty-free?
We believe in clean beauty that's kind to animals. That's why our soaps are cruelty-free.
How long will a bar of Elara Soap typically last?
A full size bar will last you about 3-4 weeks. However our sample box would last you about 2-3 weeks.
How should I store my Elara Soap?
For bars you won't be using soon, choose a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources and moisture. A linen closet, drawer, or cabinet shelf is a good option. To further protect the soap and its scent, you can wrap it loosely in tissue paper or a breathable cloth before storing it.
Do you offer any custom soap options?
We can create a personalized bar just for you! However, customization is currently only available for bulk orders. If you're interested in creating at least 10 custom soap bars, send us an email at support@elarasoap.com and we'll be happy to collaborate on bringing your vision to life!
How long do custom or bulk orders take?
Our custom or bulk orders usually take around 4-6 weeks to be fulfilled. Reach out to us at support@elarasoap.com for any further questions.
Do you offer gift baskets or gift wrapping?
We offer two exciting ways to personalize your gift! First, you can unleash your creativity with our do-it-yourself gift packaging kit. Second, for an additional fee, we can create custom-made soap bars for truly unique gifting!

No matter where you are in the USA, we can get your Elara Soap to you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically about 2-3 weeks depending on the delivery method selected.
What is your return policy?
Want to try a different soap? No problem! We happily accept returns of unused, sealed soaps within 30 days. You can choose to exchange for another bar or get a full refund to your original payment method, although shipping won't be included. For more details please visit our Return Policy page.
Can I expect the soap to be identical in appearance as shown on your website?
We pride ourselves in the details, care and quality that goes into making every single soap bar. Our soap bars may vary slightly in weight and color. Each soap bar is handcrafted in small batches. No Two bars are alike!
Do you have an estimated delivery date for my order?
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders placed after 3pm (PST) on Friday and the weekend ship out the next business day.

Where can I find the order tracking information for my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

It usually takes 1-2 days for the order to process. In addition to that, it also varies depending on the shipping carrier you have selected for your order at checkout.
